However, they will not win any titles if they have no leadership abilities.

Depth of Talent in a Team’s Roster

Depth of talent is not something you can easily measure. However, it is essential to know what it means to your team. If you can have more players on a team that can produce more points and rebounds, your chances of winning will go up. Having depth also means that your bench players are all capable of contributing on gameday. That will not help if you are down by 20 points at halftime.
